# Where can I find Henull app links?

Please log into your Henull account, goes to the <mark style="color:orange;">PURCHASED</mark>, click the <mark style="color:orange;">Tools</mark>. Then click on the <mark style="color:orange;">Application</mark>![](/files/xNTHKdWSCp8pvn8AmY8l)to show the links to download Henull app.

Awesome! Once the Henull app is installed and you are ready to go. Log into your Henull account, goes to the <mark style="color:orange;">PURCHASED</mark>, click the <mark style="color:orange;">Tools</mark> tab then click <mark style="color:orange;">Application</mark> to use it.

**Henull won't start up or I'm having an issue using**

* If you're running the browser version of Henull, please try exiting your web browser and then re-launching it.
* If you're already running the downloadable version try installing the latest version from website Henull, and if you continue to have an issue, try rebooting your computer.
